Artpoint has been appointed by Basingstoke & Deane Borough Council as public art consultants for The Malls shopping centre redevelopment project. Artpoint is working with The Malls multi-disciplinary project team and other partners to advise on the options for integrating public art within the scheme. The project involves consultation and a variety of creative approaches which will inform the development of a Public Art Plan. Artpoint are currently working to indentify the specific issues associated with the locations involved in order to identify appropriate options for permanent and temporary artistic interventions. |
