Artpoint have attached artist Stuart Bush to the Porte Cochere project in Milton Keynes.

This mentoring position has been developed to provide the opportunity for an emerging artist to gain access to the public art commissioning and project management process. Stuart is fully integrated into the project, attending meetings and contributing to the project’s development

Based in Milton Keynes and Northampton, Stuart has set up Axiom Artists – a collective group of artists developing ideas about public art and working in the public realm. In his artistic practice Stuart is interested in having an impact on society and being part of the larger collective conversation about the public realm. He seeks to interrogate the positive and negative aspects of the built environment and its psychological and social impact on the public and the individual.
